Shipping policy

Your products may take between 2 weeks and up to 2 months to ship. This is the estimated time needed to complete your full order and is due to the manufacturing process, especially for acrylic items, notebooks, t-shirts, and plushies. Once your products are ready, you will be provided with a tracking number. The time it takes for the package to arrive depends on the shipping method selected.

All shipments are made at the end of each month without exception. For example, if after the maximum production time of 2 months your order is ready in the middle of the month, the products will not be shipped until the end of that same month. You will receive updates on the status of your purchase and shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued in these cases. Examples include: products damaged by the shipping company, or the customer’s failure to comply with customs requirements (for international shipments). In the event of a lost package, we may be able to offer a 20% discount if possible
